so i have been staring at this piece for a while and am not sure whether I understand it. the complexity calls for a caption to clarify what's what.

I agree with Carolin and I think that the graph gives more of an impression of heart rate or something that ties in with exercise, not food.

true enough. they do have multi-channel for audio, midi, image + hyperlinking.

at 100-150 line screen, can you reproduce multi gradients with a respectable tonal range within a 2" x 2" space?
